For nearly three decades NSCI’s Feed the Homeless program has helped to feed thousands of people around Chicago. We provide 1,000 hot meals and brown bag lunches monthly.

Join Rabbi Geffen in studying a selection of the most well-known or important sugiyot (Talmudic discussions) scattered throughout a variety of Talmudic tractates. No experience necessary. Texts will be provided.

The Chicago Klezmer Trio will be performing for Senior Connections during a wonderful afternoon of music, food, and friends! They will provide lively entertainment while we gather and enjoy each other's company.

Join this one-hour class with Cantor Goldstein where he teaches participants the basics of trope - the musical language of chanting Torah and prayers.

Do you struggle with addiction? Do you want or need support? Typically hosted at North Shore Congregation Israel, these weekly meetings will be held online in a closed session until further notice. AA is an anonymous Twelve Step Program for people who struggle with alcohol or other substances. Please park in the south parking lot. Join the Brotherhood at NSCI for a fun evening of trivia! Stewpendous Productions will be our hosts for the evening, and there will be light snacks and soft drinks available. Topics will include Chicago, Classic TV Shows, Food Trivia, Sports, Jewish Trivia and more. We will have great prizes (aka gift cards). Light snacks (chips and pretzels) and soda will be provided. All funds raised for this event will be donated to Rabbi Leizman’s Discretionary Fund. The cost of attendance is $18 for Brotherhood members and $25 for non-Brotherhood members.
