We will discuss recent novels that explore the relationship between the tragedies and triumphs of Jewish history and what it means to be a Jew today.

Sign up to purchase ingredients and make sandwiches for the Night Ministry, a non-profit organization that provides essential services to Chicago’s food-insecure and transient population. We make 125 sandwiches on each date listed. Sign up to make a minimum of 25 sandwiches. For a larger mitzvah project, as a b'nei mitzvah celebration or other simcha, you may sign up to make as many as the full 125! Please deliver your sandwiches to NSCI on the above dates by 10:00 am.

Guest speaker Rabbi Hirsch, Women of Reform Judaism Executive Director, will lead the week’s Torah study and will be with us for the morning service and for a brunch hosted by WNSCI following the service.
