Mikvah is a ritual of transition and transformation. As we approach the new year, mark your change and growth of the past year with spiritual preparation. Join Rabbi Greene at Lake Shore Country Club’s beach where we’ll engage in reflective conversation, and then those who wish will together take a dip in the lake. We’ll meet at the beach – walk down the road at the north end of the NSCI parking lot and turn left – you’ll see us!

Join us for preparing the traditionally round challah of the holiday with your family and NSCI friends.

Rabbi Geffen will tell a story. Music by Selah (teen song leaders) and Cantor Wolman.

Led by Rabbi Leizman with music by Alan Goodis. We will meet by the playground in front of NSCI and walk down to the beach together. Optional BYO picnic dinner and blanket. Rain location: Rebecca K. Crown Social Hall. This program is open to both NSCI congregants and non-congregants. Registration is required.

Rabbi Greene will offer a sermon (same sermon as the 8:00 PM Traditional Service). Music by Cantor Wolman, Alan Goodis, and Kabbalat Shabbat vocalists and instrumentalists.

Join the 20s and 30s community for a toast to the new year with apple cider donuts, coffee, and sparkling apple juice.

How can Rosh Hashanah be meaningful in your life? Ponder this while enjoying a sweet treat with your friends! All 8th – 12th graders are invited to join us for this special open Kehilah program.

Families Anonymous is a Twelve Step Program for people concerned about drug/alcohol abuse and behavioral problems of a relative. Please park in the south parking lot.
