Jacqueline Marcus - While food and nutrition is my profession, I first learned to make challah and bagels during early weeks of quarantine. I soon joined Quarantine Kitchen--a global forum for delicious, eye-appealing meals. Then I morphed into self-taught quilt making. So far I have completed seven “quarantine quilts” (pictured) with three more in the making. I love color and design and the feelings they evoke—especially during this gray time.
