If you’ve lost a dear one in the last year or two, then you know that grieving has been more difficult than ever. The realities of COVID have left us without the structure and comfort of Jewish ritual, and, for many, without the love, physical presence and support of community. Join a conversation facilitated by Rabbi Greene and Laurie Garber-Amram about our losses, how we’ve been grieving, and the journey forward.

Laurie Garber-Amram, LCSW, is a Grief and Mental Health Specialist on the Community Services team at JCFS. Prior to joining JCFS in 2019, she was a psychotherapist in private practice for 25 years. In 2015, she became certified as a Jewish Mindfulness Meditation Instructor through the Institute for Jewish Spirituality.
