Julius Rosenwald: A Compassionate Man

This program will review Rosenwald's life as a German Jew whose family settled in Springfield, IL. Rosenwald played a major role in the creation of the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago, along with his philanthropic involvement in many other organizations. Elliott Miller will lead us through this discussion with a special emphasis on his time in Chicago's North Shore.
