Elul: Teshuvah and Spiritual Vulnerability
Let's summon the courage to be imperfect!
“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy courage ... and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in ... more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.” ~Brene Brown
“Walk with me now, Step into the unknown, Sing with joy and wonder, Bless the path ahead.” ~Rabbi Patti Haskell
Spending time in nature opens hearts and nourishes souls. We will kick off the month of Elul with our spiritual garden walk, summoning the courage to be imperfect. Each restorative step in the gardens invites presence, restores resilience, and invites spiritual awakening. Each walk is supplemented with poetry, liturgy and other spiritual texts. Questions? Contact Jennifer McKeag.

Rabbi Nina J. Mizrahi, D.H.L., is an “awe-walker.” Her garden walks lead participants on journeys that forge connections between the natural and our souls that awaken us to what is essential in our lives and at the core of our being.
