11:30am	12:30pm	Midday Mondays Modern Living: Maintaining Balance Participants will discover Jewish wisdom that helps us to balance between the needs and demands of family, work community and self.
6:00pm	7:00pm	Holy Chanters with Cantor David Goldstein In this class you will learn to chant Torah and Haftarah with traditional cantillation. This year's class begins with Torah cantillation in the fall and moves to Haftarah in the spring. A basic knowledge of Hebrew is helpful.
7:00pm	8:30pm	The Writing of Philip Roth with Neil Rigler We will explore a variety of Roth's work, from short stories to excerpts from his novels to pieces of non-fiction. Copies of all reading will be provided each night.

Join Rabbi Geffen in an exploration of Judasim's most import principles and values and how their understanding can improve our lives, our relationships and our world.
5:30pm	7:00pm	New Family Shabbat Discover NSCI's key features and underground passageways in a fun scavenger hunt. Event will conclude with Shabbat songs and blessings, dinner and dessert. $22 per family.
